A: Please arrive no earlier than 4:00 PM at the wedding venue. When you RSVP you will receive the address.

A: Semi-Formal/Cocktail (What does that mean?) Semi-formal and cocktail dress codes are relatively similar, but they're not the same. You can think of semi-formal wedding attire as a slightly toned-down version of cocktail attire. These two dress codes overlap in the sense that they're both less formal than black-tie attire and allow for more flexibility in color and style. However, cocktail attire leans slightly more formal and structured, usually requiring longer dress lengths and darker suit colors. For semi-formal attire, women can wear short dresses, longer dresses or dressy jumpsuits. Men may opt for lighter-colored suits (versus tuxedos) for daytime weddings and, in some cases, can get away with linen shorts with polo shirts, collared shirts or even a light sweater.

A: Ceremony will be outside in the Black Hills. Please note weather in the Spring time here can be on the chilly side or hot side depending on the day. Please check the forecast. A lightweight jacket is suggested. Cocktail hour: Outside Reception: Inside

A: You can drive or ride share (about 15 mins from downtown RC). OR you can take our shuttle service to AND from the venue. ** Pick up location: the DoubleTree Hotel downtown. Guest can park here for free wether they are lodging here or not. (please check back here a few weeks before wedding for the exact pick up time)

Even though we love each and every kiddo in our crew, our wedding will be an adult focused affair. We know this may cause some extra planning & appreciate your understanding. Guests: Children 2 years old and younger are also welcome to attend! ❤️❤️ Children of the wedding party & the bride and groom's immediate family are also welcome to attend. Thank you all again ❤️

A: Yes! There is ample parking available and overnight parking is allowed as well (cars must be picked up the following morning).

A: We are kindly asking guest to place phone away and silence them during the ceremony and be there with us unplugged. We have a fantastic photography team to take wonderful photos during this time. Please take plenty of photos during the rest of the even and share them with us!

A: The reception will end around 10:15 -10:30PM. The Last shuttle will be taking guests to the downtown area for the afterparty. From here, guests will need to arrange transportation back to their lodging (i.e. ride share, taxi, family etc).
